Vaughn Krywicki
Sales Agent
Vaughn Krywicki is our sales agent, helping to guide the path throughout your lot purchase and dream home build. He is a real estate professional with eXp Realty and has more than a decade of real-world experience. Vaughn also graduated from the University of Saskatchewan as a marketing specialist through the Edwards School of Business.
Vaughn has been a resident at Sarilia since 2014 with his wife, son and dog. He enjoys all aspects of the outdoors and the country and sees Sarilia as a great place to stretch out and relax. He is also on the Sarilia Parks and Recreation committee helping to beautify the neighbourhood.
Gwen Lepage
Land Owner & Property Developer
Before she became a property developer in 2006, Gwen Lepage held roles as senior manager and director at Deloitte. In her position as director of business advisory and training services, she established and managed the business advisory services department, leading marketing and sales strategy.
Gwen graduated with a bachelor of education from the University of Saskatchewan. She continually advanced her education, earning designations as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and a Certified Management Consultant. A life-long learner, Gwen has invested in professional development courses in conflict resolution and mediation, consulting, sales, and accounting.
Gwen is a certified Pilates instructor and enjoys teaching classes from her home at Sarilia. She is happily married to Ronn, with eight children and twelve grandchildren who love spending family time in Sarilia’s river valley.
Ronn Lepage
Chief Financial Officer
Ronn Lepage is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Management Consultant and has earned his LEED certification. Born and raised in Saskatchewan, Ronn graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a bachelor of commerce, accounting, and computers and a masters of science, environmental strategy.
Until 2009, Ronn was a partner with Deloitte, Canada’s largest professional services firm. Ronn left Deloitte to start a second career helping people shift to a more eco-friendly lifestyle. Ronn is a founder of Vereco Homes, a company focused on helping Canadians build smart green homes.
Happily married to Gwen, Ronn enjoys adventure travel, white water canoeing and anything outdoors.
Julie Barnes
Chief Creative Officer
Julie Barnes joined the team back in 2013. She manages Sarilia’s social media accounts, plans marketing campaigns and interviews Sarilia residents and soon-to-be residents for the Sarilia blog.
She is also a freelance writer. Alongside Julie’s work for Sarilia, she regularly contributes to Saskatoon HOME magazine, and writes articles, blog posts, news releases and website content for a variety of clients in a wide array of industries — from construction to post-secondary education.
Julie earned her business degree from Acadia University, and certificates in media communications and applied social media for business from Algonquin College in Ottawa.
Julie Schappert
Photographer
Julie Schappert is the talented photographer behind the camera lens here at Sarilia. For the past several years, she's captured stunning images of Sarilia's residents enjoying the river trails, beautiful river vistas, dramatic sunsets, harvests from the community garden, and year-round recreation from tobogganing to beach walks.
She launched her photography business in 2013. "I have always been interested in photography and, with kids at home, I was able to make my own schedule and still be able to express myself creatively", she says. Photography gives her the ability to "capture the moments for other people" that she always wanted to capture for her own family.
Living nearby in Langham, Julie has a natural appreciation for the beauty of Sarilia’s river valley. "If I knew that we were staying in Saskatchewan for the rest of our lives I would definitely be moving to Sarilia."
